I value anything handmade, and my bicycle is handmade. At least part of it is. I turned the handlebars around, and made a seatpost of solid aluminum bar stock that lets me ride my mountain bike Trek as a comfort bike. My dog has a padded bed on the front rack, using the extra space I made over the front wheel. My saddlebags carry everything else, except umbrellas which are in a backpack openable whilst riding. So I guess I qualify to write about other handmade vehicles. I hope to find some recumbent trikes, and some adaptable frames for senior adults, and disabled people at this show.
