I don't have anything MAJOR in terms of cards. No signed editions, no Honus Wagner cards, but a lot of them date back 20-30 years.

As an experienced collector and avid sports card site owner, I say patience will win with those cards. They have not gone up in the last 20 or 30 years, but wait 20 or 30 years more. Can you? A lot of people will not. If a lot of people do not, and demand increases for them later (such as for the rookie cards), there will be less out there. That could recreate the fever we saw in the 1980's. I am at the very least hoping for a substantial increase in price just based on people continuing to collect and their tastes changing over the years.
